المشروع هو مبنى منتجع سياحي مصمم ليناسب طبيعة الأرض الجبلية الصعبة في منطقة فيفاء، كما تم استلهام حبوب البن الخولاني في تنفيذ وتصميم المشروع. ويهدف المشروع إلى تنمية السياحة في المنطقة بسبب قلة الفنادق والمنتجعات في المحافظة.A tourist resort designed in response to Fayfa's challenging mountain terrain. The architecture draws inspiration from Khawlani coffee beans and aims to support local tourism by introducing a distinctive hospitality destination to an area with limited hotel and resort options.
